The Legacy Frederick Family Real Estate Team

The Frederick Team is fantastic! I've both sold and bought a house with the help of Chris and Adrian. You will not find better real estate agents. They were so responsive and helpful throughout the process and addressed all our concerns. Their experience and knowledge, coupled with caring and professional attitude, we're just what we needed. Many thanks to them and their team.

We had to move out of state prior to selling our house and struggled with a previous agent while being long distance. After ending our contract with the previous agent, we interviewed several agents and felt Chris and his team would be the best fit. We are so glad we did! Chris was incredibly responsive and worked hard to sell our home. Not only did he find us a buyer, but since we were out of state, he was able to walk us through the whole thing remotely and keep us updated every step of the way. Very happy to have worked with him!

Chris exceeded my expectations throughout the process of selling my house. He provided a high-level consultation when we initially met and had a strong working knowledge of the potential buyers shopping in our neighborhood. Chris has an exceptional understanding of the market and took a consultative approach to help sell my house. With his guidance, we received an offer within five days of listing it on a holiday weekend! I highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone searching for a realtor in Lorain County.
